I am so glad I met Sonny Rose. When I began my inner journey with Sonny I was dealing with overwhelming anxiety and depression around my slow recovery from cancer treatment. Sonny has a gentle, yet powerfully direct way of helping me confront my patterns of sabotage. I am used to being in control, and I learned how to let go of control. My recovery became a different journey of introspection and discovery. I am so grateful for her depth, insights, and ability to shine the “light” with respect and honor.
