I’ve been going to Sonny Rose for about 4 years now and the initial reason for starting was career disappointment. I initially loved what I did and still had a passion for it but with my life up in the air with an ongoing divorce my focus and self-esteem seemed at an all time low. Through Sonny’s guidance I’ve been able to grab onto who I am again. Don’t get me wrong it didn’t happen overnight but for me it was more of a gradual awakening. Through the process I’ve been able to not only find myself and what I want, but also I feel like I have the tools to adjust to life’s challenges. Sonny has helped me tremendously and I continue to see her because I’m sure there’s still room for improvement.
