After years of therapy and dozens of self-help books I was still struggling with putting into action the things I learned.
Finally I have practical tools that I am actually doing thanks to The Healing Beyond Cancer Program. It has given me more hope and excitement about my own personal power and ability to create my experience…..how I want to feel and how I want to live my life and not be limited by my beliefs and old habits. Just thinking about the tools changes my frame of mind, then when I put them into action it really works.
Sonny’s gentle guidance and understanding along with the group support was just what I needed to raise my awareness and take the action that I need to “be just where I need to be”. Now when I catch myself doing my old patterns and feeling frustrated, I practice what I learned and the positive outcome is there for me. It’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks. At 50 I feel exhilarated knowing that I am creating the life I want.
