HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A CANCER SUPPORT GROUP?

The intention of this program is to support you in actively exploring and transforming  your relationship with yourself and your illness, and in this way, it goes beyond a typical sharing support group and opens you to a deep process of healing, beyond cancer.

THIS IS A MIND, BODY, AND SPIRITUAL PROGRAM THAT GOES BEYOND STRESS MANAGEMENT

Rather than just focusing on learning techniques and meditations for stress management, you will discover how patterns and habits of thinking, being, and behaving, create an experience of stressful living. You will learn how to generate an experience of living in peace and joy beyond techniques.

Participants frequently comment on how amazed and pleased they are with the depth of support, guidance and rapport which is established even though group members meet via telephone. The Tele-Class works like a conference call. Upon registration, the telephone number and PIN will be given. Participants call at the appointed time, entering the PIN number as prompted. My counseling style is interactive and engaging. Individual questions are encouraged. Participants will be guided and supported from the comfort of their home during an 6 week process.
