The Sun is shining today..tomorrow snow is predicted. I actually love it when it snows..the quietness, and womb like sacredness of change. Time seems to slow down, and each snowflake is a mirror of the dance of life…just being part of the whole.
I haven’t disappeared, at least not in the spiritual sense…I have been busy keeping my feet on the ground and helping people who are living with cancer.. the support groups are growing and I am learning the importance of how social media is the way to help in the promotion of The Healing Beyond Cancer programs.
So, I will be posting more, learning how to use social media, and be more focused on writing. I realize, but forget, how important it is to slow down and rest. My mind goes so fast, keeping busy. So busy that I am not taking the time to stop, and just be. Exhaling and inhaling. Walking, laughing, and enjoying the moment. The simple little bits of everyday life.
When I remember to “manage” my thoughts and just be a witness…my body relaxes. My breath is deep. My mind quiets and I hear the silence. Energy surges through my body, and my spirit is revitalized. Suddenly the sun is brighter.
